What materials are used to make Zoe & Stella jewelry?

zoe and stella jewelry is made with 14 carat gold. Some pieces may have cubic zirconia or other precious stones.

Are Zoe & Stella's products hypoallergenic?

Our products are all made with 14 carat gold. Some people may be sensitive to the other metals that are mixed in to the pure gold.

How do I care for my Zoe & Stella jewelry to ensure its longevity?

Gently clean the gold pieces with the soft cloth that is enclosed with each piece of jewelry. If a little extra cleaning is needed, use a cleaner that is made for gold jewelry along with the cloth provided.

Do you offer customization services for your jewelry?

No, we currently do not offer this service.

Can I order a piece that is sold out?

Unfortunately, no. Please check back for when the item will be re-stocked.

What payment methods does Zoe & Stella accept?

We accept all credit cards with a US billing address.

How secure is my personal information when ordering from your site?

Your personal information is securely handled through our Shopify-powered platform, which uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.

What are the shipping options, and how long will delivery take?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Regular ground delivery will take between 3-7 days, depending upon the destination. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY.

Do you ship internationally, and are there additional costs?

No, we only ship within the contiguous 48 states.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

All orders will receive a tracking number where you can follow the shipment.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We provide 15 days for returns. Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (box and cleaning cloth included).

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

No, not at this time.
